A weekly online meeting where you are inspired by your peers, develop your personal voice and craft your business pitch.  A safe space where wisdom is celebrated and experiences are shared.

As facilitators, we will share our wisdom, mindsets and tools at a pace suited to each individual in the mastermind.

We will challenge your perspectives as a peer and as a coach. We will adjust our approach to maximize your learning and development.

We will ensure the level of mutual respect and empowerment in the mastermind to enable personal growth for each member.

Weekly calls (1 hour)

• Micro Pitch: Up to 3 members share their business pitch to learn, to develop new language and receive feedback from their peers. With a maximum group size of 12 active members in a mastermind, each member will be invited to pitch and craft their stories monthly.

• Micro Talk: Each member will inspire others by sharing their personal message and unique value to develop their voice. With a maximum mastermind size of 12 active members, each member will be invited to practice their voice up to 3 times a year.

• Micro Community: Every week we share experience, opportunities and challenges to individual growth and celebrate as a peer-to-peer community.
• Once a month the ‘Micro Talk’ time is used to develop the community with challenging questions. These will empower the community to add value to each other’s business interests.

Weekly extension (optional 30min)

• Micro Coaching: After each session there is an opportunity to continue the conversation and extend the peer-to-peer coaching.

A mastermind group consists of up to 12 active members. An active member participates in 3 weekly calls a month on average, shares their business pitch monthly and inspires other by developing their voice – life message – at least twice a year.

Annual gathering (planned for the future)

• As well as weekly online meetings with your mastermind, we plan to organize an annual Micro Conference to share the best Micro Talks and so you can meet the members of your mastermind and other masterminds in person. The Micro Conference will be held by the members, for the members, a peer-to-peer conference.
